The short term symptomatic
relief of excessive anxiety and tension in patients
with anxiety neurosis. For acute alcoholic withdrawal,
in which diazepam may be useful in symptomatic relief
of acute agitation, tremor and impending delirium
tremens. Also as an adjunct for the relief of spasticity
in cerebral palsy and athetosis. |
